THE COLLECTION AT A GLANCE

The Zambia Luxury Lodge Collection (ZLLC) brings together four distinctive properties across three of Zambia's finest wilderness areas. This summary consolidates the trade terms and conditions that apply collection-wide, alongside the property-specific detail needed to quote, book and travel confidently.

Rates, seasons and policies are confirmed at time of booking with each property and are subject to change without notice.

RATES: INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

ZLLC Collection Rate Policy

• A minimum stay of 2 nights applies across all Zambia Luxury Lodge Collection properties except for Lolebezi where a minimum of 3 nights is required.

• The above minimum stays are superseded when multi properties are booked (2 or more properties within the collection).

• STO (Standard Tour Operator) rates are nett and non-commissionable.

• Rates are quoted per person, per night, inclusive of 16% VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Rates are subject to change based on circumstances outside ZLLC's control, and upon yearly review of production and volume booked with the Collection.

• A single supplement may apply during mid, peak and high seasons (varies by lodge — confirm at time of booking).

Generally Included

• Accommodation, all meals and beverages (house wines, local spirits, beers and soft drinks)

• Return road transfers from the Jeki Airstrip (Lolebezi) / and out of season (Royal Airstrip), Mfuwe International Airport (Chichele Presidential / Puku Ridge), Private airstrip within Lolelunga Private Reserve.

• Two guided safari activities per day (game drives, walking safaris; boating/canoeing/fishing where offered)

• Laundry service

Generally Excluded

• International, regional and domestic flights (unless specifically quoted)

• Transfers not stipulated in the itinerary

• Travel insurance, visas and discretionary gratuities

• Conservation, Community, Park and Carbon Collection levies (charged separately — see below)

• Spa treatments, on property purchases, French champagne, cognacs and cigars

• Private vehicle

CONSERVATION, COMMUNITY & PARK LEVIES

These statutory and conservation fees are compulsory, charged in addition to the accommodation rate, and are subject to change without prior notice.

BOOKING PROCESS

Provisional Bookings

• Held for 14 days from the date of enquiry.

• Failure to confirm in writing within 14 days may result in the space being released automatically, without prior notice.

• If another booking is waitlisted against a provisional hold, ZLLC reserves the right to request confirmation or release within 48 hours.

Confirmed Bookings

• A booking is Confirmed only once ZLLC is in receipt of a deposit, full payment, otherwise, it remains Provisional.

Waitlisted Bookings

• Available when a property is fully booked. ZLLC will follow up with the client currently holding the provisional space.

• First right of refusal applies: the client holding the provisional space is given 48 hours to confirm with payment before the waitlisted booking can take the space.

Mandatory Guest Information Deadlines

• Accurate guest details — special requests, dietary needs, flight weights where required, and correct name spelling, passport details — must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival.

• All reservations and amendments must be confirmed to ZLLC in writing.

PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY — SUMMARY

Given the weight of the cancellation terms close to arrival, guests should be encouraged at time of booking to secure appropriate cancellation and travel insurance.

PAY / STAY & SPECIAL OFFERS

Ground Handling & Local Logistics

Road transfers, private charters and any onward routing not stipulated in the standard itinerary can be quoted and arranged through a case-by-case basis through Zambia Luxury Lodge Collection.

Private game vehicles available at an additional rate, subject to availability, and must be booked for the full stay.

PRIVATE GAME VEHICLE / GUIDE

Guests travelling with a private guide must book and pay for a private vehicle for the duration of their ZLLC itinerary; registered private guides are accommodated at an additional cost in guide accommodation (transfers excluded).

FLIGHTS, CHARTERS & AIRLINE PARTNERS

Regional Scheduled Flights

• Proflight Zambia — the principal domestic operator, with daily scheduled non-stop flights linking Lusaka (LUN) to Mfuwe (MFU) and Jeki /Royal; scheduled seasonal non-stop Mfuwe–Jeki flights also operate (June and October).

Chartered Flights

• Staravia and Royal Air Charters are the Collection's recommended charter partners for private and scheduled-charter routings, including Lolelunga, and Royal airstrips.

• Charter quotes exclude departure taxes and any prevailing taxes applicable at time of travel, and are subject to aircraft availability.

• Charter baggage allowance: ONE hand luggage bag (5kg) and ONE main bag (15kg) per person — soft-sided bags only; hard cases must be repacked before the flight.

Access by Lodge

Flight times and road transfer durations are estimates only and vary with routing, season and operator; reconfirm at time of booking. Lower Zambezi's Jeki and Royal airstrips also connect seasonally to Puku Ridge/Chichele Presidential guests wishing to combine parks, at approximately 1 hr 30 min flight time from Mfuwe.

CHILDREN'S POLICY — SUMMARY

Family policies vary meaningfully by lodge and are governed by each property's setting and activity offering. A full Children's Policy document is available separately; the essentials are summarised below.

• Walking safaris are restricted to guests aged 12 and older (Chichele Presidential, Puku Ridge, Lolebezi, Lolelunga Private Reserve), at the guide's and camp mangers discretion.

• Canoeing and boating (Lolebezi & Lolelunga) are restricted to guests aged 16 and older, subject to water levels.

• Children under 6 are not permitted on shared game drives at all lodges and require a private vehicle to be booked.

• Full transfer rates apply to children of all ages, regardless of any accommodation discount.

• Dedicated babysitting is not available at any property; adults must accompany children at all times.

INSURANCE & FORCE MAJEURE

It is essential that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover, medical evacuation and hospitalisation, prior to travel.

Chichele Presidential, Puku Ridge, Lolebezi and Lolelunga Private Reserve of the Zambia Luxury Lodge Collection, together with their agents, representatives, owners and employees, accept no responsibility for any claim arising from disappointment, delay or cancellation of part or all of a safari booked through the Collection, where this arises from circumstances beyond their control.
